Research Interests:
Eleven years of teaching and research experience.
Currently participating in three multidisciplinary
programs: the Long Term Ecological Research (10 years),
the Earth System Science Education (5 years), and the
Upper Midwest - Regional Earth Science Application
Center (3 years). Four years of experience interacting with
scientists from biophysical and social disciplines in the
development and implementation of research projects.
Four years of experience applying information technology
for research and teaching, including the use of
geographic information systems, relational database
management, scientific visualization, and modeling as
well as the development of web-based material and
electronic presentations.
